He is also valued on a personal level: "He's very open, very nice, very quick and very smart. A very good lawyer to deal with and to have on your side when you're dealing with this country," is one clients reference.
The firm, which acts as local partner to White & Case, has a strong base of international clients and has been active for several in relation to project finance work. For Korea Electric Power Corporation, the firm is advising on it's tender for the Fujeij Wind Independent Power Project (IPP) in Jordan. The awarded project company will build, own and operate the Project for a period of 20 years.
The firm has also been assisting StatoilHydro in its negotiations with the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resource for the exploitation of Al Risha Gas Fields in Jordan.
A further project sees the firm advise the Public Transportation Regulatory Commission on establishing a public outbound land terminal for passengers on a BOT (build-operate-transfer) basis.
Elsewhere, the firm continues to act for the Millennium Challenge Corporation, a US government development agency which provides funding to qualifying countries to support economic development through infrastructure.
