Nabulsi & Associates rank is uncontested by peers but some query how present the firm has been on the market recently. However, leading corporate partner Rand Hannun, who joined in 2008, has been active on the key deals. The firm has been active on several small-cap deals.
On the M&A side, the firm acted for the buyer on the acquisition of Jordan-based software service company Mannai Corporation, one of the largest companies in Qatar. The $4.7 million deal was Mannai's first in the Jordanian market in August 2010.
The firm was also appointed to complete due diligence by a Bahraini company under Jordanian law for the 100% acquisition of an Amman-based school.
