Firm profile:

Zellermayer Pelossof Rosovsky Tsafrir Toledano & Co. Advocates ("ZP") is a full service law firm that offers comprehensive legal counsel in corporate and commercial transactions, as well as continuous counsel throughout all phases of clients' operations. The firm provides a wide variety of legal services to major international and domestic corporations, including industrial manufacturing companies, investment funds, hi-tech ventures, banking and financial services institutions, communication service providers and real estate developers. Since its establishment in 1984, the firm has handled many of the high-profile transactions in Israel and some of the most complex commercial litigations involving Israeli entities and foreign clients operating in Israel. For example, the firm represented in the recent years one of the largest European private equity funds in several M&A transactions valued at billions of dollars, the winning bidder in a Government bid for the acquisition of a controlling stake (as well as in the sale of such holdings) in Bezeq, the largest telecommunication service provider in Israel in consideration for over US$2 billion, the acquirer of Psagot Investment House, the largest investment house in Israel, in exchange for approximately NIS2.1 billion and the acquirer of Tnuva, one of Israel's largest privately-held conglomerates, in a transaction valued at over US$1 billion and handled the negotiations for the financing of such transactions. The firm's litigation team has extensive experience acting on behalf of a broad range of domestic and international clients before all courts and tribunals in various disputes, including major environmental claims, securities regulation matters, class actions, shareholders' disputes, antitrust claims and intellectual property litigations.
In 2011, ZP has established a unique strategic alliance with the Shanghai branch of the reputable international law firm Bonnard Lawson. Such collaboration was established in order to enable our clients to utilize the various business opportunities in China and effectively enter into and operate in the Chinese market.
ZP was recently selected by the Corporate Intl Magazine as the 2010 winner of the 'Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory Excellence in Israel', 'Arbitration Advisory Firm of the Year in Israel' and the 'Dynamic Firm of the Year in Israel'. Many of the firm's attorneys were educated in leading law schools both in Israel and abroad, worked at leading international law firms, and are members of the bar in leading jurisdictions outside of Israel.
