AA Atai & Associates has three partners Ali Akbar Atai and his two sons, Kourash and Ardeshir who are both UK qualified. Clients value all three and say they provide excellent service. "Honestly I have to say they are some of the very few people in the country which I trust and are reliable. They also give a good background of the situation they give you their own view but if you don't like it they will follow what you decide," says one client.
April 2010 was an active month for the firm and it acted on two sales for German companies, advising Osram on the sale of shares in it's subsidiary for €5 million, in addition to acting for Lorenz Snack-World, which was moving out of Iran and sold it's shares for €5 million to it's Iranian partner Behara Food.
