Cipcic-Bragadin consolidates its position in the third tier. With over twenty lawyers in the firm's group of offices, it certainly has the capacity to engage the market's leading mandates. In corporate matters, the firm advised its new client, private equity firm Bancroft, in its acquisition of CityEx, a leading Croatian post and documents delivery company from Digitel Komunikacije. The firm has also been active in banking and finance matters and have been proactive in advising high profile clients like Credit Suisse and RBS.
