Bogdanovic Dolicki & Partners' reputation precedes it and its place in the top tier is largely unchallenged. However, reports of decreased visibility continue to subsist. "I haven't seen Bogdanovic of late, for a few years," says one partner.
No doubt the longstanding best-friends agreement with Hogan Lovells is beneficial to the firm. It has enabled it to gain awareness of the needs of international clients, which has, in combination with its strong local knowledge, helped it retain its dominant share of the market. It is especially strong in finance, real estate and general corporate.
However with the legal market opening up on account of easing bar rules, challenges will be posed by international firms seeking a direct presence in Croatia.
