Though its presence in Costa Rica's transactional market is small, the firm performed the regional due diligence process leading up to cellular provider Comcel's acquisition of Navega last March. Over 2008 and 2009 the firm advised Panama's Global Bank in the structuring of loan agreements amounting to approximately $35 million.
