Among these the firm advised mezzanine lenders on the debt restructuring of a transport company. This was connected to one of the major LBO financings in Poland in the recent years as sponsored by a major international private equity fund. The firm also advised R & R Group on the €425 million cross-border refinancing of existing debt with a credit facility and bond issuance.

"It's unusual for me that Wardy_ski is in project finance at tier two because we don't see them so much in the transactions but we had of course a few chances to work with them and they're really really good lawyers," says one peer.

In the last twelve months, the firm advised Bank Pekao on the €7.5 million financing of an office development in Warsaw. Moreover, the firm also advised BZ WBK bank on the €20 million financing of a residential development in Poznan.
