Lee Choon Wan & Co consolidates its position in the area of capital markets, with a number of IPOs completed in the last year. Though the firm lost partner Azrina Binti Tumar in November 2010, work has continued to flow in. The firm advised Berjaya Retail in its IPO on the main market in August 2010. Partners Jackson Ngiam Keat and Alicia Tan May Sien were the partners in charge of this transaction.

The successful closing of this transaction would consolidate the client's position as one of the main participants in the oil palm industry in the country.
