Fox Mandal (formally FoxMandal Little) remains a firm in contention, as it continues to keep up a steady stream of work. Partner Sumes Dewan has taken charge of the capital markets work since arriving last year, and is recognised by clients as a definite highlight in the firm. A notable Dewan-led transaction was the representation of SEL Manufacturing in a GDR issue, which was listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Valued at $46.5 million, the deal was completed in May 2010.
