Partners Carmelo Lee, Catherine Yip and Annie Yiu led a team advising Henderson Land Development Company in relation to the bonus issue of 429 million warrants on the basis of one warrant for every five shares held.
Woo Kwan Lee & Lo also represented Henderson Land Credit (2010) as borrower and Henderson Land Development Company as guarantor in a HK$13.2 billion ($1.7 billion) term loan and revolving credit facility with a syndicate of banks.

This year, they represented Denway Motors in relation to its privatisation by Guangzhou Automobile Group by way of a scheme of arrangement. The transaction was based on the consideration of 0.4 GAC H share for every Denway share cancelled. The value of the transaction was approximately HK$25.8 billion ($3.3 billion).
