Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras, a major Brazilian airline, listed 63,000,000 shares on the BM&F Bovespa and the NYSE in its IPO.
Azul also offered 22,439,837 shares in a secondary public offer.
The shares were priced at R$21.00 per a share, and the company raised R$1.79 billion.
Banco Itaú, Citigroup Global Markets Brasil Corretora de Câmbio Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Deutsche Bank, BB-Banco de Investimento, Banco Bradesco, Banco Santander (Brasil), JPMorgan and Banco J Safra acted as underwriters.
Citigroup Global Markets Brasil Corretora de Câmbio Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Citigroup Global Markets were granted a green shoe option by the selling shareholders.
