IK VIII Fund

Overview:

• IK Investment Partners has raised €1.85 billion through IK VII Fund.
• The fund is IK's eighth mid-cap fund and will invest in companies with enterprise values of up to €500 million in Austria, Benelux, France, Germany, the Nordics and Switzerland.
• The fund has made initial investments into Ellab, a manufacturer of thermal validation solutions; ZytoService, a compounder of pharmaceuticals for patient-individualised infusions; and SCHOCK, the world’s leading granite kitchen sink manufacturer.
• The fundraising exceeded the initial target of €1.6 billion.
• IK Investment Partners is a European private equity house.
