VietJet HOSE IPO

Overview:

• VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company (VietJet) has undertaken an IPO on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE). 
• The offering consists of 44.78 million shares at D84,600 a share, valuing the firm at D27.3 trillion.
• The offering raised D3.875 trillion.
• Proceeds will be used to fund a top-up issuance of primary shares which will in turn help finance the expansion of VietJet’s operations.
• Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan and BNP Paribas acted as joint global coordinators. 
• VietJet is Vietnam's first privately owned new-age airline.
