Fortum Holding €100 million acquisition of Grupa Duon

• Fortum Holding, an international energy company, has acquired a 93% stake in Grupa Duon, a Polish electricity and natural gas provider, in a transaction worth €100 million.
• The price per a share was Zl3.85. 
• Fortum Holding has a presence in Poland, the Nordic and the Baltic countries, Russia, and India.
