Henderson Group $2.6 billion acquisition of Janus Capital Group

Overview:

• The UK-based Henderson Group has acquired fellow investment management firm Janus Capital Group in a $2.6 billion deal.
• The purchase of US-based Janus was an all-stock acquisition.
