Coca-Cola FEMSA R$3.5 billion acquisition of Coca-Cola bottling business of Vonpar

• Coca-Cola FEMSA (through its Brazilian subsidiary) is acquiring the Coca-Cola bottling business of Vonpar for R$ 3.58 billion.
• In a statement, Coca-Cola FEMSA claimed that this will increase its presence in Brazil by 25%.
