APS Holding €1.3 billion acquisition of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Romania NPL portfolio

Overview:

• APS Holding has acquired two portfolios of non-performing loans (NPLs) from Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Romania and a second unnamed bank.
• The first portfolio is valued at €1.07 billion and includes corporate and SME loans. 
• The second portfolio, from Intesa, is valued at €261 million and includes corporate and retail loans.
• Combined the two portfolios are the largest portfolio sale to date in South East Europe.
